Having worked on and off as a consultant for the last eleven years, and as a Management Specialist for the City of Victorville (named the second fastest growing city in the United States) for eight years, I have acquired many skills useful to a wide-range of clients.

Between my years working with both the technical and creative side of local government, my degree and certifications, as well as the experience I received doing training and design work, I am well qualified to accomplish many tasks both large and small.

Seeing an opportunity to transition to full-time consulting work, and be able to better take care of my parent's health, my wife and I recently relocated to the beautiful Portland, Oregon area. Working independently in this way, affords me the opportunity to take care of both my clients, and my family, with the greatest care.
